Dashboard
To give managers rapid access to information on commuting patterns, staff attendance, pick point status, and other topics, we introduced clickable widgets to the dashboard. Through the use of bar graphs, pie charts, and donut charts, among other graphical elements, we have been able to illustrate crucial information. Office administrators have benefited from being able to access information quickly to make important decisions.
Live-tracking screen
The issue in the majority of employee transport management systems is that they track the fleet rather than the journey. Office managers want to know if the business cars are running according to the timetable or not. We have fixed this issue with GPS Desk. We have displayed the status of the journeys on the actual live-tracking screen. The amount of upcoming, incomplete, and missed trips will be visible to managers. When customers click on the trip, they will see more information about it, such as the estimated vs. actual start times, the status of the checkpoints, the timings of the halts, the distance traveled, and the number of crew members on board.
Trip Summary Report
Get a detailed account of your most recent and previous travels. Discover the trip’s actual start and end times, duration, driver’s name, pick-up sites visited, employee boarding status, travel distance, and other facts from a single screen. You can also replay the routes to look for any driving violations that occurred during the journey.
Employee Trip Planning
To construct journeys for picking up and dropping off personnel, utilise this module. Managers have two ways to enter stoppages: manually or by planning an ideal route. The algorithm chooses a sequence of stops for a smooth journey based on the employee’s address, the number of automobiles, and the length of the trip. The system assesses each legal option before recommending the best one. This frees office managers from the arduous task of travel planning.
Employee Attendance
The ability to check employees’ attendance will be provided by RFID or QR code readers. They are able to do this with the help of their GPS Desk solutions. After they scan the QR code, a record of their attendance will be displayed on the Employee attendance report. Through their application, administrators have access to this information. Additionally, time-stamped addresses for employee pickup and drop-off will be visible to admins.
Alerts
Are you curious about how successfully your fleets are being operated? Our object and driver alert reports can be helpful in this situation. Establish warnings for infractions such as missed pickups, delays, and route deviations. The driver alert report contains a list of these notifications. Viewing the time and location stamps is possible. Examine and monitor daily alerts to improve your staff members’ commuter experience.
SOS
The state of the roads might vary substantially. As a result, we equipped our GPS Desk with an SOS button. Employees can click on it to make an emergency help request. SOS will notify office management and nudge them to take the required action.
